Hourly Rentals (Monday–Thursday)
$100 per hour (2-hour minimum)
Friday Event Packages
Package A: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM → $800
Package B: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM → $900
Package C: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM → $600
Package D – Friday Wedding Package → $2,500
Includes:2 hours for setup
5 hours of event time
1 hour cleanup
Saturday Event Packages
Wedding/Reception Rental – Saturday Access → $3,500
Includes:
5 hours of event time
1 hour cleanup
2 hours setup on Saturday
Wedding/Reception Rental – Friday + Saturday → $4,000
Includes:
2 hours Friday for Rehearsal/Setup after 4:00 pm
5 hours Saturday event time
2 flex hours that can be used Friday or Saturday for setup or event
1 hour cleanup
Saturday Prime Time Event Package 4 Hours → $1,400
Sunday Event Packages
Morning (10:00 AM – 2:00 PM) → $500
Afternoon (3:00 PM – 7:00 PM) → $500
All Day (8 hours) → $850
