Can we bring in our own food?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food or use your preferred caterer. Please note that we do not provide kitchen access or refrigeration for food prep or storage.

Can we bring in our own drinks?
You may bring non-alcoholic beverages for your event. However, if our bar service is included in your rental, all alcoholic beverages must be purchased through Rustic Roots Event Space. This is required by our liquor license, and violations could result in the loss of our license.

When can I set up for my event?
Your rental time includes both setup and cleanup. If you need extra time for either, additional hours can be added to your contract—subject to availability at the time of booking.

What happens if we don’t leave by the end of our rental time?
If you exceed your contracted time, your full security deposit will be forfeited. We strictly enforce this policy, as back-to-back bookings mean delays can impact other guests.

Do you offer a cleanup service?
Yes, we offer an optional cleanup service that can be added to your rental contract for your convenience.

What time does my event need to end?
All events must conclude by 10:00 PM. This is a requirement of our business license and cannot be extended. Additional cleanup time can be arranged, but the event itself must end by 10 PM.

Can I tour the venue before booking?
Absolutely! Just contact us to schedule a private tour at a time that works best for you.

Can the venue be used for business events like meetings or training sessions?
Yes! We welcome weekday bookings for lunch meetings, trainings, and business gatherings. We’ve even reduced our weekday rates to better accommodate professional events.

Can I host both my wedding ceremony and reception at the venue?
Yes, many couples choose to host both their ceremony and reception here. If you're planning a full wedding day, we recommend adding extra rental time to ensure a smooth transition between events.

Can I have a mimosa bar for a bridal shower?
Absolutely! We'd be happy to include a mimosa bar as a special bar service add-on for your bridal shower or similar event.

How many guests can the space accommodate?
Our venue currently seats up to 125 guests comfortably. We are in the process of expanding, and we’ll update this number once construction is complete.
